Maintenance/repair

You as a driver are responsible for maintaining and caring for your car. In the car's service book you can find information on service intervals, that must be followed. Make sure that you get a stamp in your service book when your car has been serviced. Maintenance and repair should be conducted at an authorised repair shop.

• Make sure that the repair shop informs you if the job will be more expensive than you first agreed on
• Carefully check the invoice/order and confirm it with your signature
• You pay for maintenance and repairs with your AutoPlan card
• The invoice must state the car's registration number, your company name and the car's mileage reading
• If the supplier has any questions, please direct them to us

At larger repairs you should always contact AutoPlan in advance to make sure that the cost is covered by the insurance.
