Mileage report
Always check your company's vehicle policy to make sure what applies.
Skatteverket demands that you as a driver can verify how much you use your car for official use. The easiest way to do this is to fill out a mileage report every month. It should contain information on the date, locations, purpose with the trip, who you visited and the distance. It should also state beginning and ending mileage.
Your mileage report should be filed for any future tax control.
