AutoPlan cards
We offer combined invoicing and fuel cards from the leading suppliers. The cards are used for all expenses connected to the car, which simplifies for the driver. For the company, an AutoPlan card means less administration and more efficient follow-up on the costs.
Repair shop invoices
All maintenace, tyre and repair shop invoices are checked by mechanics at AutoPlan. If any errors occur we contact the repair shop in question and ask them to correct or credit the amount. AutoPlan demands that all suppliers specify their invoices on a "nuts-and-bolts level" level. By doing this, we secure the right charging, and our customers receive a detailed follow-up on the costs.
Invoice handling
Most cars generate about 30-40 invoices per year. For companies with 10 cars or more, AutoPlan facilitates everyday handling and saves both time and resources for our customers. All invoices generated by the car ? fuel, repairs, tyres, taxes, car wash, insurance and even parking fines ? are directed to us for control and payment.
Consolidated invoices
Every month the company receives a consolidated invoice for the entire fleet, with an invoice specification for every vehicle and a detailed follow-up on costs. Together with the invoice you also receive a pre-signed report coded according to your chart of accounts. At the same time the driver receives a driver's specification showing all costs generated by the car.
