Services for the company's management team

In AutoPlan Management we offer services facilitating for the company's management team. Besides comprehensive services for statistics and analysis, we offer help with vehicle policies, agreement and purchases, routines for handling fuel costs and of course, counselling and follow-ups. Many of our products aimed at the drivers, also simplify for the company's management team and administrative staff.

Statistics and analysis

Our analysing tools give you detailed control over the company's vehicle costs.

Every year we conduct a cost analysis of your entire fleet. Your costs are compared to our accumulated statistics and any deviations or systematic errors are identified, analysed and reported, together with suggested improvements.

AutoAnalys gives you detailed control and follow-up on your fleet. Using our report generator you can easily produce standardised or tailored reports suiting your own needs. AutoAnalys contains tools for analysing information about vehicles and drivers, running expenses on company level and running expenses for each car.

We also perform surveys both with the fleet administrators and the drivers, with complimentary analysis, and other types of services adapted to your needs.

Counselling
We conduct meetings with your management team and work as a sounding board in all vehicle related matters. We can also help you with calculations and other services. We monitor everything related to vehicles in the surrounding world and we inform you on news and trends in our newsletter AutoNytt.

Agreements & purchases
We help our customers with for example fuel or vehicle purchases. We give you pros and cons for different solutions e.g. company cars, service cars or employee cars. We have favourable agreements with suppliers, which give our customers discounts on numerous products and services.

We also mediate professional insurance solutions through Aon, with fixed premiums and profitable car rental insurances.

Fuel cost handling
We offer easy-to-use and cost efficient alternatives for handling fuel costs. No matter what model you use, we offer routines that simplify both for the company and the drivers.

Vehicle policies
Detailed guidelines saves both time and money. That is the reason why we help our customers to produce a vehicle policy containing information on environmental issues, purchasing routines, safety issues and much more. The vehicle policy should also contain guidelines for the drivers on obligations and rights, and it should of course be accessible to all drivers.

Reports
As a part of our service, we offer reports giving you an excellent overview on your fleet, costs, deviations, alarm levels and much more. Some reports are generated on a monthly basis, some per year. You choose which reports suit your needs.
